As Strategic’s Office Administrator, Felicia is responsible for greeting clients and guests, providing accounts payable and receivable support to the Head of Business Operations, supporting the Partners and Team leaders and keeping the firm’s Utica headquarters safe and professional.

Felicia also serves on the Strategic Social Squad Committee planning team-building events throughout the year.
