Welcome New Team Members


Utica, NY – Strategic Financial Services, Inc. (“Strategic”), an independent, Central New York-based wealth management firm, is proud to announce the addition of three new members to our rapidly expanding team. Growth is one of three core values for Strategic alongside Serve and Live. We understand that ‘growth’ of our firm, as individuals, and as a team is what will allow us to continue to reinvest in the business and elevate our service for our valued clients and team members.

Their diverse backgrounds are perfectly suited to complement our team and amplify our growth strategy.”

Two of our new team members are starting as Associate advisors and are currently enrolled in Strategic’s Advisor Development Program. This program is designed to help professionals develop the critical skills and knowledge necessary to become a successful financial advisor. In this comprehensive and thorough training program, new advisors will train in an environment that allows them to learn the Strategic business from the ground up and sets them up for a successful and long career as a Financial Advisor.

Introducing our New Team Members:

Curt Pearsall, Associate Advisor

Before joining the Strategic team, Curt worked as the Chief Financial Officer for Upstate Cerebral Palsy where he had oversight of the Finance, Accounting, Revenue Cycle and Data Analytic divisions for UCP and affiliated companies. Additionally, he worked with smaller not-for-profits to establish their Finance departments, train incoming Executive positions and assist with the development of best practices. Curt has also worked in both the Insurance and Banking industries.

Curt is also a proud father, a devoted sports fan and a historical documentary enthusiast.

Bradford Kerr, Associate Advisor

After graduating from Stetson University with a B.S. degree in finance, Brad began his professional career at Charles Schwab working with RIAs in the Chicago Metro area. After a little over 3 years, Brad was promoted to Regional Support Specialist for the Northeast sales team at Schwab and relocated to Boston where he originally met the Strategic team. Brad now resides in his hometown of Boca Raton Florida and looks forward giving back to the community he’s originated from.

Brad is also a father, runner and fisherman who loves playing video games and listening to rap.

Eh Ka Paw, Portfolio Administrator

Eh Ka serves as a Portfolio Administrator within Strategic’s Investment Team. He supports the Chief Investment Officer, Portfolio Manager, and Head of Research with trade execution, trade process efficiency, data and model management, and security research.

Prior to joining, Eh Ka served as a finance and accounting intern at the Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties. He also served as a financial representative with Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance company.

Eh Ka is also a certified International Scuba Diver and K-pop Dancer. Originally born in Thailand, Eh Ka lived in KawThooLei Myanmar before moving to Utica, NY.
