Strategic Welcomes Two New Associate Advisors to the Team
Utica, NY – May 16, 2025 – Strategic Financial Services, Inc. (“Strategic”), an independent, Central New York-based wealth management firm, is proud to announce the addition of two new members to our growing team: Emma Uvanni and Sarah Owens. Growth, a core value at the firm, allows us to continue to deliver an outstanding experience for both clients and team members.

Emma and Sarah have joined Strategic as Associate Advisors and are enrolled in the firm’s Advisor Development Program. This hands-on, in-depth training experience is designed to equip new advisors with the skills and knowledge they need to build long, successful careers in financial advising—while also learning Strategic’s client-first approach from the ground up.
Emma Uvanni, Associate Advisor
Emma brings a strong foundation in accounting and client services to the team, having previously worked at several local businesses. She holds associate degrees from both Mohawk Valley Community College and Empire State University, where she continues her education toward a bachelor’s and MBA. Emma lives in the Adirondack Park with her husband Joey and their two dogs, Doc Holliday and Loon. She’s a lifelong learner, a dedicated volunteer, and a trivia champion who’s dreaming up the perfect hobby farm—iced coffee in hand.
Sarah Owens, Associate Advisor
Sarah joins Strategic with a passion for creating welcoming, stress-free client experiences. A Clinton native, she earned her Bachelor of Business Management and MBA from St. Bonaventure University, where she played Division I lacrosse and served as team captain. Sarah is excited to bring positive energy and discipline to every client interaction. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, breakfast foods, and time with family and friends—including her BFF, Tyler.
