Ron Starsiak is an Associate Advisor who helps make finance feel a little less intimidating and a lot more human. He supports clients through thoughtful planning, clear communication, and genuine connection—always aiming to simplify decisions and build lasting trust. A Utica native and proud Le Moyne graduate, Ron is an avid LSU sports fan, longtime Boilermaker volunteer, and classic car enthusiast. Known for his endless supply of fun (and mostly useless) facts, he brings both knowledge and levity to every conversation.
