Michael brings a unique blend of technical expertise and real-world experience to his role as a Lead Advisor on our Strategic Retirement Plans team. He’s focused on helping plan sponsors and participants navigate the complexities of retirement plans with clarity, confidence, and a process that just works.

With a background that spans IT, accounting, and retirement plan administration, Michael has built his career around improving systems and simplifying the details that matter most. Before joining Strategic, he spent nearly a decade in retirement plan administration and recordkeeping, serving as a Senior Retirement Plan Manager and overseeing more than 100 plans.

Disney Cruise Line Vacations, riding bikes in Proctor Park, golfing with friends, going to the Movies with his family, and spending time at the baseball field watching his kids play.

Family

Originally from Yonkers, NY, he now lives in Utica with his wife Domenica with their 2 beautiful children, Josephine and Johnny; along with our adored dog, a ‘Golden Collie’ named Riley.
