Background

Kim joined Strategic in 2013. She specializes in enrollment, education and service for corporate retirement plans. She coordinates and delivers regular educational sessions and one-on-one consultations to help participants articulate their retirement goals and take ownership of their retirement success.

In addition much time is spent with the employer (and partners) to ensure their retirement plan process and experience is smoothly compliant, and also to ensure their plan design is one that encourages higher participation from their employees while at the same time allowing the employer to gift to their employees.

Kim brings over twenty-five years of experience working with corporate retirement plans. Most recently, Kim was a Qualified Retirement Plans Account Manager with Adirondack Financial Services. Before joining Adirondack Financial Services, Kim spent over 13 years servicing Corporate Retirement Plans at Bank of America.

    Raised her two daughters while serving as a babysitter for 12 other children

    Cross-country skiing or snow shoeing in the winter. Kayaking , water skiing and hanging out on the water until the sun goes down in the summer

    Kim has two daughters, Rebecca, who lives in Oswego with her husband, who is a faculty member at SUNY Oswego in the Art Department and Lindsey, who lives in Rome and holds an accounting position in Syracuse.
