Mike Durand is a seasoned wealth management professional with a demonstrated history of successful collaboration in the financial services industry. As a lead advisor, Mike is responsible for relationship management and leading the firm’s business development efforts in New York’s Capital Region. He focuses on building lifetime partnerships to bring effective and appropriate financial solutions to help every client live a great life.
Before joining Strategic, Mike worked for TD Wealth Group in Albany, NY, where he was a Senior Private Client Relationship Manager. Previously, he worked for Key Private Bank in various roles, including Regional Director of Investments – East Region and Senior Vice President. He received his BS in Marketing/Management from Siena College and holds the Certified Investment Management Analyst® certification, administered by the Investments & Wealth Institute and taught in conjunction with The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.

Mike’s been both a Marathon runner and a Regional Champion Competitive Eater….in the same year. He’s played at the World Series of Poker against two WSOP Main Event Champions, and won several hands. Was best friends with Anthony Michael Hall for 2 hours, once.
Going to Maine or Disney with his family, keeping said family well fed and laughing, playing poker, running and reciting rap lyrics.
Mike lives in Rexford, and tries to measure up to his amazing wife Francesca, daughters Madeleine and Abby, and the Roosevelts (rescue cats Franklin and Eleanor)
